Below are links to the current Kalamazoo City Code of Ordinances and ordinances that have been adopted since the most recent Code supplement.  By City Charter all ordinances take effect 10 days after their adoption, unless a specific effective date is indicated.

The Kalamazoo Code of Ordinances Online - hosted by General Code Corporation, the e-code contains all ordinances adopted through June 15, 2009 (Ordinance 1853).  Links to ordinances adopted since June 15, 2009 appear in the beige shaded area under the heading, "Legislation not yet codified."

The Housing Code - Chapter 17 the Code of Ordinances in a .pdf file.  This document was last updated on 9/8/2010.  The City Clerk's Office can verify whether the Housing Code has been amended since this date.
